SAFA EDUCATION AND MEDICAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION 

SEMDO is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization founded in Baidoa in Nov 2021 with a mission to provide people affected by lack of Medical and Education in Southwest of Somalia with emergency relief, educational programs ,health care ,clean water and food security, Protection for children and orphans, sustainable socio-economic programs, and to promote peace-building and effective governance, while integrating our values of respect, impartiality, quality, accountability, advocacy and innovation in all our work. We aim to become the largest Regional humanitarian and development organization in Southwest of Somalia. 

VISION

We aim to eradicate the lack of Education’ health crisis and the dire humanitarian situation in Somalia, especially among IDPs and Other places.

Mission

  • To provide people who affected by human and natural crises in Southwest of Somalia within emergency relief, educational programs, clean water and food security, health care, protection for children and orphans, sustainable socioeconomic programs, and to promote peace. 
  • To build effective governance, while integrating our values of respect, impartiality, quality, accountability, advocacy and innovation in all our work.
